I need to update my PM5 Firmware
Resolution:
Our ErgData app can update PM5 monitor firmware via Bluetooth. Get the latest ErgData version from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
Note: PM5 monitors need a minimum firmware for wireless updates. The app won't update monitors with older firmware. PM5v1 monitors (RowErg firmware 10-37, SkiErg firmware 710-737) won't update wirelessly.
To update firmware using the Concept2 Utility:
- Visit the firmware page on your computer.
- Download the Concept2 Utility Software (Windows or Mac) and install it.
- Restart your computer and open the program.
- Follow instructions for updating with USB Flash Drive or USB Cable on the firmware page.
- Check the page for newer firmware. Updates may include bug fixes and new features.
