Symptom:
My PM5 is displaying Hard Fault Error and a lot of numbers
Resolution:
- Disconnect any cables or flash drives from the PM5.
- Remove the two batteries from the PM5 and keep them out for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, insert a new pair of good quality batteries into the PM5.
- Check if the PM5 powers on and functions normally.
This reset should not affect saved workout data unless there's an issue with the memory chip, in which case the data may already be lost.
If the hard fault error persists, contact our customer support team with the PM5 monitor's serial number and a screen shot of the error code for further assistance.
