Symptom:
Error 221 is displayed on my PM5
Resolution:
This error code can occur when removing and replacing batteries.
- Remove the batteries for at least 15 full minutes
- Reinsert two D cell batteries that have a good charge
- Reset the time and date when prompted
- From the Main Menu press More options then press Connect
If error code 221 recurs after taking these steps, please provide the serial number of the PM5 to our customer support team and we will provide further assistance.
