Symptom:
My PM5 is displaying Error 24290.
Resolution:
Error 24290 message is related to the wireless radio in the PM5. It usually means there are two Bluetooth devices trying to wirelessly connect to the PM5 at the same time.
To connect to the ErgData app, use only the ErgData app itself, not your phone's Bluetooth settings. If your phone is attempting to pair in the background, it might interfere with the connection process in ErgData.
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Close the ErgData app
- Put the PM5 monitor into the Connect screen mode
- Access your phone's Bluetooth settings and pair with the PM5
- Once paired, unpair the PM5 from your phone's Bluetooth settings by tapping the gear icon
- Reopen the ErgData app and attempt to pair with the PM5 from the Workout tab.
